Vaccine Injury Claims (VICP)

If you’re dealing with a serious reaction after a vaccination, such as SIRVA, Guillain-Barré Syndrome, or another covered injury, you may be eligible for compensation through the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). The process is national, the rules are technical, and most people discover the program only after weeks or months of searching for answers. I help injured individuals across the United States file VICP claims with clarity, compassion, and a full understanding of how the Vaccine Court works.

Close-up of man getting a vaccine

VICP cases aren’t traditional lawsuits. You’re not suing your doctor or vaccine manufacturer. Instead, claims are filed in a federal court system designed specifically for vaccine-related injuries. The process has unique rules, strict filing deadlines, and a high need for detailed medical evidence.

Here’s what I help you with:

  • Understanding whether your injury is eligible under VICP
  • Gathering medical records, timelines, and symptom history
  • Preparing and filing your petition in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims
  • Communicating with the Department of Justice on your behalf
  • Tracking deadlines and ensuring your claim stays on course

Through the VICP, there is no cost to you for legal representation. Attorney’s fees are paid separately by the program and never deducted from your compensation.

Support Beyond the Paperwork

A vaccine injury can be physically and emotionally overwhelming. You’ll have an advocate who takes the time to understand your experience and guide you through a process most people know nothing about before they start.

Conditions & Injuries Covered Under VICP

SIRVA (Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration)

One of the most common vaccine injuries. Often caused by an injection placed too high or too deep into the shoulder. Symptoms may include sharp pain, reduced mobility, weakness, or chronic inflammation starting within 48 hours of vaccination.

Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS)

A rare but serious autoimmune response sometimes triggered by flu and other vaccines. People typically experience tingling, weakness, or rapid onset numbness that progresses over days or weeks.

Other Covered Injuries Include:

  • Brachial neuritis
  • Transverse myelitis
  • Chronic arthritis
  • Vasovagal syncope (fainting injuries)
  • Severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis)
  • Certain pediatric vaccine reactions

If you’re unsure whether your symptoms qualify, I’ll help you understand how your medical history fits within VICP guidelines.
